2021 Model 3 heat only works in HI

Hello All,
I'm just wondering if anyone has had the same or similar problem I have with their Model 3 and what was the fix. I have a 2021 3SR+ with approx. 120K on it. My heat stopped working in auto and manual unless I select HI in auto or select max defrost. Preheating works and selecting a supercharger destination will also provide adequate heating. Basically I have no temperature range selection except HI. I scheduled an service appointment and they sent me an estimate for $3300 for the supermanifold, a/c compressor, and associated line replacement for all the components. To me it seems like one or more of the sensors have failed since it is putting out heat in HI. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you get anywhere with this?

I have this EXACT issue in my 2020 model X.

I set the temp and it lightly blows cool air, stick it on HIGH and I can get some heat.

It’s almost as if the car thinks it’s hot in the car when it isn’t.
