Anyone examined the center console in the refreshed S? Does it have the rear cup holders as in the X?
So far-- it does not.
I kept my order for the old one and I have been waiting 2 months for that now also. Ordered in Mid February.I have been given the opportunity to order the new Tesla unified console from Tesla Gear. My S just had the yacht floor. I had a Tesla Gear center console on order. Then Tesla Gear contacted me with the option to order the new Unified Center Console which has rear passenger cup holders and an option for all the recharging variants for various phones. I changed my order to the new one. It has, as of this time, not been advertised on the Tesla Gear website. In fact the older center console is also no longer on Tesla Gear. This new unified console replaces the entire yacht floor and between seats arm-rest console. It will be installed and billed at the Tesla Service Center when it arrives. Expected delivery is late May or June.... who knows what real Tesla Time it is on....

After looking closely you can see that the rocker panels of the cars on the transport are painted body color so yes they are "face-lifts"
Wknapp0924 let me know when you hear something, and I will do likewise. Those aftermarket center consoles are an item that Tesla and the vendor who makes them just cannot get right the first time.... very slow manufacturing.
Will do. I got the email about the new console too. What confuses me is that it says rear cup holders, but why would that not be standard on Model S refresh or an option?
Are you sure about this? I did not order air suspension originally and asked if I could add it. However I was told it would re-price the entire order. Air has always been an option.
From this thread: Model S 75D now on CARB website, it appears that 75 and 75D are imminent.
Earlier this week, Tesla confirmed that it is introducing its new 75 kWh battery pack to the Model S, like it did for the Model X last month. Now Tesla confirmed that while the option is not available now, it will be by the end of the week, and every updated Model S 70 produced since the ‘facelift’ was equipped with the new 75 kWh battery, but software-limited to 70 kWh. In Tesla’s own words (via a spokesperson):
“All 70 kWh Model S with updated styling have been built with a 75 kWh battery pack and the additional energy can be unlocked at anytime through an over-the-air software update. We will continue to offer the 70 kWh energy option at but we will no longer produce the packs; a decision that is the most efficient for Tesla and the most beneficial for our customers.”
It would mean that all 70 kWh Model S’s manufactured since mid-April have the option to add 7% energy capacity (or about 19 miles of range) through an over-the-air software update for a $3,000 premium.
Tesla will continue to offer the 70 kWh option to maintain the base price of the Model S at $71,500, while streamlining its battery pack production with only 2 options for both the Model S and X: 75 kWh and 90 kWh.
The automaker offered a similar deal to early Model S owners in 2012 and early 2013. Buyers who ordered the 40 kWh version when it was still available, all received software-limited 60 kWh battery packs and the choice to unlock the 20 kWh difference for a premium.
I understand that the standard headlights on the refreshed MS are all LED, but are there any pictures? I assume the look differs from the "premium upgrades package" upgraded lights?
