You're gonna bounce but you can make it less bouncy in the settings for sure. No idea how the plaid drivers deal with this at those speeds.

That sums it up. This is my first experience with FSD on my MSLR 2024. It worked ok but honestly enjoy driving the car vs supervising if that's what you call it. Maybe a long road trip would change my mind.

Inventory car with my build in stock near me, mine is supposedly in transit. I know a few have successfully gotten there car earlier this way and I'm wondering what's the downside. The FSD and FUSC transfer is hard to come by and might be worth joining the 250 club to secure. I think it may become more common though as it is a great incentive for folks like me to level up. I don't believe the updates will happen without a price increase.

Question for my Texas buyers. Cash price includes TTL in my documents but previous 2 Tesla purchases I paid after the fact at the local tax office. Has something changed in Texas or is my SA ill informed?

Ambient is ok but I'm not sure I like the execution on it by Tesla. Reminds me of my frat brothers heavily moded Honda civic. It was cool for impressing dates in the 90s but now, meh. Bumper camera nice to have but no deal breaker.

Neither...go with the new highland. Forget about the FSD for now. Subscribe to the FSD for a few months or better yet get 1 referral and use it for 3. Then and only then consider if the FSD is worth it. And you'll have the full warranty and lower interest rate...thank me later OP.

if you put your money down to reserve a car from Tesla sight unseen there is no refund. I'd go with local or owner sale with some warranty left.

Tesla could easily drive revenue with a subscription model for updates for software and maps like every legacy car dealer does. I think you know that.

OP...you received a ton of software updates for free over the years. Would you have rather paid as you go for those since they were not features of the car when you bought it? No other car company I'm aware of offers these "freebies". It's all about perspective...take the win.
