Regen dots only appear when regen is limited by 10% or more I think, you might have a small limitation but not enough for the dots to appear.

1. Limited power is fixed, they keep the battery at higher temperature now when it's cold.

This is just an estimate, when the battery is low these estimates are usually lower, check it again when at 75%. It should be higher. Only way to test is actually charging to 100%.
