Agree that it is simple and that it works. It just doesn't maximize regen, in contrast to a couple of other EVs where the brake pedal increases regen...

Correct. Try coasting down a steep hill. Check your regen level (most likely less than 60kw). Now press on the brake. Regen does not increase. ...
