Why has Tesla dumbed down the suspension tuning on a $100K sports sedan?

It might be listed in your MVPA, look for "Performance Plus" or option code PX01. But I'd guess if you have the staggered wheels, they you most likely have the + suspension.
My P85D did not have that. But have the pre april 30 suspension. Only way to find this out is to look at the part numbers on the dampers. The number should end with 01-A.

Also its wrong to name it the + suspension. The P85D does have different dampers, brushings, antiroll bars ++ than the P85+
Tesla did just name it like that on the invoice in the beginning.

Honestly, I expect the results will be minimal. But I still love the look!

The only way to settle this is to drive both cars for a couple days. Fortunately for me there are two P85+ and several variations of the D models for rent in L.A. on Turo.com. I'll book two cars for several days and report back. So many conflicting reports here I don't know what to think.
