Yes, I think they did an emergency ranger visit to a batch of vins that had just been delivered because they found a couple of cars with the problem. It was pretty isolated albeit should never ever happen.

But it’s ok, they can always fix it with a OTA update.

I always said the most likely thing to cause an accident in a car was the nut holding the steering wheel but this was not quite what I meant.
