White display unit at South Korean Superchargers

Noticed this interesting looking unit in a couple of the recent South Korean openings posted on X.
Seems to just be a display screen in a relatively slim pedestal

Anyone know the purpose?
Possibly some form of non-app payment for non-Teslas?

It's due to South Korean law which requires price display.
