Weird browser behavior

Weird browser behavior: On cnn.com's main page when I click on a link, the browser refreshes but the page stays on the main page. The URL briefly changes to show the link's URL but then changes back to cnn.com. Been happening on software versions 2019.24.4 thru 2019.28.3.1

Other sites work OK but I haven't tried this on a whole bunch of sites.

Maybe it's something to do with how cnn.com does their links.

Has anyone found a workaround for dropdowns in the browser? It opens the dropdown far to the left of where it should be and isn't clickable at that point. Breaks a bunch of sites when otherwise the browser on the Model 3 is passable now.
