V2 Wall Charger Fail Anyone?

Have had the V2 wall charger now for about 3 years… today I noticed my green led status is no longer working. Shut off the breaker and power cycled, got the red led light up when power went off and 2 flashing orange on power up. Plugged into the vehicle and charger seems to work. Just don’t have any green status led lights. Everyone ever have this issue? Highly doubt Tesla will cover this.

After 1 or 2 years, all my lights are off but my car still charges fine for the past 5 years. If it stops charging, I'll just get a new one so I didn't care to find out why.

Yeah okay, I just didn’t want the board fail or burn up if there is an issue. After power cycling and seeing the red and orange still work I don’t feel to nervous using it still

Four year warranty on chargers, certainly Gen3, probably Gen2. They'll probably replace yours with a Gen3.

Here's mine without LED lights on the Wall Connector for the past 4 years out of 5 years and it has faithfully charged 72A on my Model X with no problems:

Tesla troubleshooted it over email… sure enough it was the small ribbon cable connection to the back plate loose a little bit. Unplugged it, inspected pins and reinstalled. Works now.
