Getting confused on old threads and couldnt find a newer post regarding this inquiry..

It will be my first time to drive in Netherlands this coming week. I have read the manual, but with some people getting flash because of the beam, Do I really still need to adjust my headlights?

What happens when you drive from UK to Europe? Headlight? Self drive overtaking?

I am wondering, what happens with the head light when you drive from UK to Europe? Do the headlights adjust automatically? Will the car know to overtake on the left?
