Trying to get Powerwall Installation

How are you guys getting power wall Installations? I reserved first day and they won't even respond to an email.
I'm building a new garage and it would be nice to be able to coordinate everything at the same time.

Similar issue here. I’ve called Tesla twice and continue to get vague answers. First time the explanation was that they didn’t have an installer in my area and they were in the process of getting one. Last week it was because they sent all their available units to Puerto Rico, and also they aren’t installing anywhere in Texas yet anyway.

They suggested I’d see mine done in March/ April 2018.

You’re think they would try to get their production numbers up better if they have this kind of demand.

Really a shame they require to have the electrician required to buy one, ie won't sell directly to customers. Lots of homeowner out there who could easily do the install themselves, if they just included some instructions, or could get their own local electrician to install. Kind of the opposite to how they sell their cars. Sure I can understand being picky about the solar roofs, but a battery pack is some basic stuff. Oh well.
