On the way to the airport this evening, I noticed these at the Flying J on the same exit as the Bucc-EES. Looks like 4 fast CCS Ultium chargers. This widens the gap between Lubbocks anemic charging options and Amarillo.

I took this shot of the Bucc-ee's site 13 days ago. You can see a lot of the dirt work was already done. As far as Lubbock catching up, Lubbock will have 12 EV fast chargers compared to 48 for Amarillo. The available spots on Plugshare have been 2x - 4x more spots in Amarillo than in Lubbock...

No, can’t do that. Tesla has to pair your email/login used by your phone app to the car. Still it was a surprise that Hertz lets people clone the key to other key cards.

I'm not sure the aluminum plate is really needed. I thought it might distribute the pressure forces from the mount more evenly along the lip, but you may be able to find other material that is thinner and allow you to get the mount on.
