The tesla employee's title that I have been working with is Product Specialist. She took me on my test drive when I came in before ordering, and has been working with me since the order had been placed. That said, nothing has actually happened since then, no dates or vin given.

There's basically 3 different titles of people you're likely to interact with in the order delivery process.

Product Specialist - Works in galleries, answers walk-in questions, sells apparel, sometimes gives test drives and works on orders.
Owner Advisory - Focuses on giving test drives and helping customers with orders. Some overlap with Product Specialist above.
Delivery Specialist - Handles orders after confirmation and deals with paperwork for delivery.

There might be another title in there since when I took delivery of my S85 I was handed off to someone else that did the demonstration. Not sure what her title was and I didn't have a reason to ask.

My current sales contact (doing test drives) is an "In-Store Sales Advisor".
A person I've been in contact with to book a test drive is an "HQ Inside Sales Advisor".
And I've also been in contact with a "Product Specialist" and a "European Delivery Specialist".
These titles come from their e-mail signatures.

Plenty of titles to choose from at Tesla.

Ahh yes I forgot about Inside Sales. Thanks for adding some other titles.

up to 50 orders on the spreadsheet. cool.

i have a question for anyone who cares to answer, but especially those who ordered the new Steel Grey paint... i saw the majority of you (14/18) matched it with a black on black interior (black leather and black headliner). only three of us ordered grey leather. and one tan.

i'm verrry tempted to change mine to black/black also, but my only hesitation is... is that too DARK of an interior? seems like it'd be really dark, especially with the black headliner over your head. i have the grey right now and i like it because the dash is broken up between black and grey and then the carbon fiber looks really nice against the contrast. the doors also have some contrast with the black/grey.

thanks

Thanks for putting this together Andrew.
I ordered my P85D on Monday, confirmed it Wednesday, and got a Late-December date. My details are in the Google doc.

How long after you confirmed your order did you get an EOL date? How about your delivery date?

Thanks,
-Marc

You won't get your EOL date unless you ask your delivery specialist (DS) nicely. Your DS should reach out to you about 4-6 weeks before delivery to schedule your pickup time, or sooner if there is an issue.

ok that's cool I'll just mull it over on my own and stuff......

Why'd the EOL date column go away? As of now that's the only real number anyone has to track the schedule.

just unhide the columns dude

Has anyone picking up from the Fremont factory received any indicator of 'end of line' date? I've asked Nikki (my Fremont "Delivery Experience Specialist") a couple times and this was her response: "To confirm, the estimated delivery window highlights the estimated timeframe in which your Model S will be produced and delivered. We do not give out any dates referred to as “EOL” to our clients at this time nor in the past."

Also, Andrew, I was given an 'estimated delivery window' of December 10 – December 24, but I wasn't able to enter this date range in column G because the spreadsheet is set to use standard date data validation (only accepts a single date).
