That is the very one that I have.

I have this one too (Mastercraft 1/2-in Drive Torque Wrench | Canadian Tire.) and it's great. Just a tip: watch for sales. I got mine for $49.99.

And another tip: be sure to unscrew the setting handle to relieve pressure on the workings when you're done, or the reading will drift out of spec.

I noticed earlier today on the Tesla site they had Pirelli sottozero tires mounted on 19" rims for $2700. This seems pretty reasonable to me. I was quoted around $4500 by the service center just a week ago so glad I waited.

That is definitely a better price. They don't list TPMS as being included anymore, though.

Do you have a link for the $2700 price? I see it if I go to configure a new car, but when I call the Toronto service centre they tell me this price is not available at retail. It's $4250 apparently! That seems a bit much. $2700 seems like a no brainer.

Can anyone confirm what I'm saying?

No link. I saw it this morning on the 'build your tesla' site but it seems to be down right now. I'm hoping it will still be there when the site goes back on line. I called the Montreal service center this morning and they didn't seem to be aware of the new price so maybe it was an error and they took it down.

Yeah same here re: saw the price on "build your Tesla" section. Apparently we (existing owners) can't buy for the same price. That sucks. I'm deciding whether to buy these at $4250 or go third party.

If that's the case I'm going third party. I'm waiting for a March delivery but if they include the winter tires at that price I'll move delivery up a month. We have mandatory winter tire laws in Quebec hence the March delivery.

...or I'll place a new order and get a D with winter tires included with a February delivery. After that I shouldn't qualify for the financing on the previous order lolll. (Ok that might be 10% devious)

Just cancelled my P85+ (production had completed the day before yesterday!)... ordered same specs P85D AND got the winter tire package for the $2700... not sure about the TPMS though.

@dsm363 - I had anticipated losing the $2500 deposit... but I guess Tesla had already predicted this type of thing happening and was/is allowing ppl to roll it over into their new builds, so no loss at all.

I just shot an email to my local Tesla shop, inquiring if past purchasers can get in on the $2700 (CAD) vs the $4000 (USD)

$2700 - Model S Design Studio | Tesla Motors - change to 85, D, and CASH payment.
$4000 - Shop Tesla Gear BASE - Installed

I'll let you guys know how that goes...

Yes, I was quoted the same price from the Mississauga SC. They also want it paid in advance since they are only ordering as many sets as needed (last year was pretty crazy according to the SC ). Not sure if I will get them or not since as FrozenCanuck said, it is a bit steep!

No.... and you can only order 1 wall charger as well. I'm not sure why.
