Is this number different from the number he replied to for November? AKA - is this all China sales PLUS all exported? Because if that's ONLY China numbers... that's absolutely insane.
Looks like Troy underestimated Shanghai production. We might hit 300k production this q Shanghai and Fremont combined.
He only post China sales without export
Troys estimate assumes 62k in December for China. So that’s 8k beat for China delivery.
Last month is domestic sales only. So this roughly equals to monthly production. So run rate is around ~70k now

Answering my own question, along with Singuy's response:
Matt believes it doesn't include exports either.
Also blown out of proportion. Tesla expects to replace 1% of the cables.
China total delivery is 73.7k in q3, this q is 113.7k based on his no’s. So 40k increase. Total delivery worldwide is 241.4k in q3. So if row flat, deliver would be 281.4k assuming no boost in NA and Europe. NA and Europe at least doing a little better?

This is a real problem for Tesla because they now have over 70,000 fewer customers in China, the worlds biggest auto market! If their sales keep rising like this pretty soon the auto market will completely disappear!
There's definitely some movement. Troy has moved marked before. He got blasted here when it moved market to the downside.
