Tesla service center work conditions

Just got my MCU2/HW3 upgrade at Owings mills, MD service center. The employees sit all day long without air conditioning in sweltering above 90 deg temperatures. I’m not sure how they can take it.

I just wanted to shed some light on this. I feel bad for them. I hope someone from corporate reads this. How can they treat their employees like that?

This is standard fare around here for automotive/aviation mechanics. Open air warehouse space with big fans and evaporative cooling if they’re lucky.

Very few repair shops and Dealerships have A/C There is a Toyota dealer that has A/C in their repair shop. They also have a short wall where you can go into the shop and watch them work on your car. You can't go past the wall though

Yeah, that's not just Tesla. I worked at Jones Junction and it was the same way. Summertime = doors open and fans blowing.
