How much time did it take before the accepted you in for the repair since you called?
Did you get a loaner?
No big issues. No accident. Just a list of smaller issues. I got a loaner. Wait for service is now 3-6 months and appointments get pushed back.
A friend had an accident about a month and a half ago. Waiting for front bumper still, and he was recently informed that no bumper is in stock. He expects yet another month waiting for new bumper.
The service centers have now completely lost it. Total disaster. Cars untouched for months. Terribly sad.
