Is this something new? When running on AP nothing changes on my car except for the sign on the dashboard when it sees a new one.

Unless you are on a 'restricted road' then AP will only do the speed limit + 5MPH

Hmm...did not have that restriction on my road trip home last week.

Observed a new form of error today: the truck in front of me partially obscured the view of a 35 MPH sign,
causing the Tesla to think it said "15" (I assume it was only seeing something like this:

). Fortunately, all digits left-crop to smaller values Perhaps they need to calibrate the algorithm to use the cropping of the words
"SPEED LIMIT" as an indication of how much the speed itself is cropped and either adjust for that or simply not read such a sign.
