Based on weather alone there is a (according to my math):
40% chance the rocket will have launched by the end of the 18th
76% chance the rocket will have launched by the end of the 19th
95.2% chance the rocket will have launched by the end of the 22nd

Heavy seas in Atlantic preventing our recovery ship from being on station. Maybe they can help? The Aviationist Russian tug off Florida: supporting nuclear attack subs or observing SpaceX launch?

Is the launch still on if the recovery ship can't be on station? I would also be concerned if the Russians tried to steal the landed rocket.

Launch window is only 1 second long today, so zero opportunities for delay. It's either "go" on-time today or wait for tomorrow.

pulled off the freeway to watch the luanch & parked in front if a BMW dealership, a couple salesmen walked over & i showed rhem the car then we huddled around my phone to watch the blast off.
