Slacker Radio not working after this morning's new firmware

THanks for that information!
If I upgraded to the fully premium package, can I rewind, store songs in play lists etc?
As it stands right now, it's pretty limited
Doug

YES you can. We have made many playlists as well as a folder just called "by request" where we store a bunch of favorites that can be selected at random and played at random. You can not rewind within a song to a particular part but you can use the rewind forward buttons to jump to the beginning of that song or a previous song in the set or skip to the next song. We have several playlists of concerts we have gone to and those we are planning on going to and love to listen to them as well. You can even save an album to be played back at will.

The only little trick you'll have to remember is that the lists and saves must be done on your phone or iPad or a desktop / notebook and then once your finished just go to the apps section in your car and log out and login to slacker and they'll be in your car. Works great and worth the premium slacker fee

When this was resolved, I got the following reply to my email. This was NOT related to a Tesla software upgrade (as I never did one)

Hi _______,

We are aware of the Slacker radio issues you’re experiencing and it appears it might be related to an issue with the slacker radio servers and systems. This should be fixed for you shortly but if it doesn’t by the end of the day please give us a call at 1-877-798-3752 and we can definitely try a couple more troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it resolved.

Sincerely,

This email came in at approximately the same time as people in this thread started reporting the issue resolved, and as soon as I received it I was able to verify the issue was fixed on my car.
