FYI I reached out to Tesla IR using their form yesterday. They just got back to me. Seems like they're on it.

"Hi – Tyler will receive a ticket in our next deployment. Thank you!"

Reached out to IR 2 days ago.
Still no response regarding missing +1
Flight and hotel booked. Getting nervous.
I would guess today is the day…. I hope

I did not have a +1 but I did just get this email from Tesla:

If you requested to bring a guest and they have not yet received their ticket, please send their first and last name along with their registration email address to [email protected] to confirm their attendance. No additional tickets will be issued after May 14, 2023. No one will be admitted without a ticket and government-issued ID.

I just got the same email. Had a +1 and just Re added, emailed to the new address +1. Seems like things are rolling now. Just have to wait for the QR for guest.

Just got my QR code-pass!!! All set now. They are slowly getting the +1s situated. Surprised it is such an issue yet not lol. Seems just like Tesla Service in Los Angeles... they try but sill need to refine.

Last year factory tours were going before and also after the meeting, so there might still be a chance for you!
