Hello everyone, I have a problem with the battery after draining, there is an error Id 1497 Battery Over-discharge. I charged the battery, and now Delta 40mv. The car can't charge. I tried to update the firmware, but it didn't help. I tried to find Article #22299 - Battery Over-Discharge in Toolbox Alert Articles, but can't find it there.
One thing is not clear: when the ignition is turned off, Vbatt(pem)=253V. When I turn on the ignition Vbatt(pem)=387V. Is it normal?
Now there is only one error ID1497 and I don’t know how to remove it.

I asked Gruber many times, but they did not encounter such an error. Roadster diagnostics show that everything is in order. I can’t understand, maybe you know when the ignition is turned off, the letter block should show 0 volts (first image)?
