Replace all battery coolant pumps, or just one

Hoping to get some long time Model S owners opinions.
I have a 2015 P85D with 70K mi, first battery, that's been very good to me until recently. Last week I got the scary error code "Car may not restart, needs service" and the middle screen was blank. Ignored it during the day at work but on my trip home it showed up again so I brought it into service 2 days later and didn't drive the car at all. SF service center said that they couldn't find anything so they didn't charge me. But next day the error message was back and then a second error message said "Electrical System Power Reduced/Vehicle may shut down unexpectedly" and the car wouldn't start. All of the screens were blank. They have had the car for one week and just today the SA told me that battery coolant pump #1 has failed and they recommend replacing all of the pumps to prevent future failure. $2K price tag.

But in the meantime I went ahead and placed a deposit for a new Model S on 2/3 with EDD Feb-March 2024 and I'm planning to trade the old Model S in. But now I see from all of you in-the-know-people that there's a hold on Model S deliveries until 2/13. So my question is would you go spend $2K to replace all of the pumps before trading in or wait it out and hope another pump doesn't fail before trading it in.

Appreciate any sage advice.

2/13 is only a week away and it might take longer than that to fix. But even if it were a month I would park the car and rent something. The trade-in value will really tank if the pump fails and the car becomes undrive-able.

failed pump won't cause that error, there's backup pump, 2 for battery n 2 for power train..
sounds more like LDU about to fail... post errors codes from service mode
these pumps are pretty solid so replace only the broken one imho

Yup, it's looking like it wasn't just the pump. After pump replaced the errors continued so now the cost estimate is up to $3.2K because they are throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks. The biggest price tag item is the HV/LV Ancillary Unit.
