Especially the "every update takes an hour" thing. (M3 updates were much faster, if memory serves.)
If there is one thing that software companies are horrible at - it is predicting time remaining. Microsoft, Apple, Tesla, etc. they all suck.

"This file will take five minutes to copy". 30 minutes later... "five minutes remaining".

Just downloaded 44.30.8 and it has the same release notes as .7 and .6 had. I guess that the new releases are just bug fixes that we probably never saw.
Same here. Still no notification being pushed on the iPhone. I happened to see it when I went to turn on the heat remotely. I think these are HVAC fixes for cold region.
Hopefully we should be getting 2022.X updates that will open up some new functionalities for the new MS-LR & Plaid cars.

Not much.

where am i looking exactly? I will look around though.
Pull open the main screen's menu, with the list of all the panels you can choose, e.g. Controls, Autopilot, etc. Toward the bottom of the list of options there's "Software". Click that. You can see your car's firmware version -- and below that the Nav Data version.

I just updated to 2022.4, and the Nav data updated to 2021.44, as well:
