Quick Delivery Question

I took delivery yesterday. Love the car! The tesla rep told me that the app would update to show my car in "a few minutes". It's been about 24 hours since I took delivery and there's still no car in the app. Also, tesla.com still shows the "Take Delivery" checkmark un-checked.

Go get a second car! ;-) "Hey it says right here you guys haven't given me my car yet."
You prob should go ahead and send an escalation email from your tesla.com account. It's unlikely to solve itself after this much time.

I picked up my Model 3 recently and the service person/greeter was able to set me up right at the Fremont Delivery center before I even drove the car.

Time to call customer service number or service center. Mine also was in my app immediately after picking up vehicle

Mine showed up in the Tesla app as they pulled it into the lot for delivery. I didn't ask them to do anything, just appeared and showed the car parked.

I had to setup the phone up in my car as a key. After that it showed up.
