Yes, exactly. At the moment there are no Tesla superchargers here but their staff have mentioned they're coming soon.Most other regions get only one of these, or often neither. It may be to do with the fast charging infrastructure (including superchargers) not being well progressed there yet?
In the meantime, we have Copec and Shell stations, as well as other charging points within some malls, office buildings, and other establishments, which offer some or all of the CCS2, ChaDeMo, and Type 2 connections. So I think they're giving both out to make sure we're prepared for any eventuality.
I certainly didn't expect both to come with the vehicle though. They also provided an battery-powered tire inflator, small medical kit, fire extinguisher, and roadside kit, the last two being requirements in Chile for all vehicles.
