New Wall Connector not working

I just installed a new wall connector. All seems good -- the Tesla One app shows "Ready to Charge", and the s/w is up to date.

However... I plug it in to my brand new Model Y and the Tesla App shows "charging... Error No Power".

1) Ideas? Solutions?
2) Any idea how to actually speak to a human at Tesla about this?

Any help would be much appreciated.
