At least it isn't one brick that is bringing the pack down. You have five different brick numbers that are marked as the lowest over the past 25 days, which what you'd expect from a healthy pack.

Strange that the CAC has taken a dive that quickly. What is your typical drive/charge cycle? Have you tried to recalibrate the CAC by doing a deep cycle?

In my latest case brick #90 has been the lowest brick for some time, also the average CAC is 4 to 5 units higher than the CAC on #90. In ecarfan's case his lowest brick is rotating out, also his lowest CAC is closer to the average of all the bricks. Two distinct behaviors.

Start with a Standard charge or Range charge, and drive down to <40mi of ideal range in one continuous drive without turning the key off. Then charge back up in Standard or Range mode.

I will try to do that, but that driving behavior is not what I typically do for my work commute, which is quite variable because I work at multiple locations of varying distances from my home.

@wiztecy, thanks for your explanation of the different "lowest brick" behavior between your battery and mine. Interesting.

I hope that within a year there will be an opportunity to purchase the promised by Elon "SF to LA" Roadster battery. Hope I can afford it!

It just seems crazy that he's had six bricks drop by 6 points in 20 days. I'd be interested to see his charge/discharge data to see if he's doing something crazy.

When that happened to me the explanation was that unless you drive from a full to empty the car really does not know the "real" range. It basically keeps the last value when in reality your range is really dropping. Then you finally do a full charge and discharge and the car relearns the capacity and now uses the new lower capacity.

I'm just charging the car every night to a Standard Charge using my 70A HPC and then driving it 40 to 140 miles most days. I rarely accelerate really hard and average 65-70mph on the freeway. Nothing crazy.
