This is also what I've heard and why I've wanted to hold off a while since my EDD is way more than 90 days away. I don't want it to expire then I have to go through the entire thing againKind of regret this as they're valid for 90 days and due to the delays, will expire before the my EDD..
I've been told that it shouldn't be the case, but I'm still afraid that refreshing the agreement, even if it keeps my agreed rate, will still ding my credit score a second time...
