Model X Palladium

I heard the term Palladium used for a Model X. What year was this Model X built? From the discussion it sounded like a recent model year. Thanks in advance for all responses.

Palladium is the name for the refresh that came out in 2021. So a Palladium could be anything from 2021 to 2024.

I believe they announced the Palladiums in January 2021 after they had shut down the S and X manufacturing lines in December 2020. They were really slow to ramp up and I’m not sure when Tesla actually started making the Palladium. It may have been mid to late 2021.

The very last of the legacy non-Palladiums made at the end of 2020 have VINs with a model year of 2021. That is at least my recollection.

Palladium is the code name for the refreshed model s and x. For the model x this is 2022 and newer and for the model s its 2021 and newer. A 2021 model x is still the old pre refreshed one
