Model 3 Highland winter tires

I'm about to pick up a new car soon and was informed it will be on summer tires. Since the calendar shows November, I must fit it with winter tires. I'm looking at specific brand and they have 3 different options:

  1. 235/45 R18 94V
  2. 235/45 R18 94V with anti-puncture sealant
  3. 235/45 R18 98V XL

I'm thinking of going with 94V with anti-puncture sealant, but not sure if they will not be much heavier than regular ones.
Also, 98V XL seems like overkill for model 3.

Would appreciate your thoughts and shared experiance.
