It had video for a while. Elon was in a large room with two (assume Model S) cars draped in silver fabric. He was talking into a microphone but we couldn't hear it.
There was a crowd of perhaps 50-100 people (probably mostly reporters) standing around watching and listening.
I gather they went offline to sort out audio technical difficulties with the stream since no one reports hearing anything.

I don't know how much it makes a difference but I'm using IE 6 and I was able to just get the video.
I got off air messages again. I'm guessing they've got a huge scoop and noone expected this much load on their servers...
