As was mentioned this is definitely an error. I've notified Tesla and they have acknowledged the error and the Website Team will be making corrections.

Found this in todays jacksonville.com paper.

the pop up is gone and that store referenced in what you've found has been up and running since the beginning of 2016

Tesla moved to their new location about three weeks ago. It still in the Town Center but moved to a building on the corner. The new showroom had an S, X, and a rolling chassis in it. Unfortunately, no shirts, jackets or other swag.
