Found this in todays jacksonville.com paper. PERMITS 4663 River City Drive, tenant build-out for Tesla showroom, $549,647, 2,902 square feet, Management Resource System Inc. The car maker has been operating a pop-up showroom at St. Johns Town Center, but is putting in a permanent one.

Looks like it sold.
