The OP is in Finland, so I think they mean below zero C, not zero F.

Range is affected. Pay attention to your navigation. It compensates for your current power usage. The little range indicator next to the battery does not.
Many thanks for the clarification, you are right that I did indeed mean below 0C. It can often go below 0F in the winter here too so both considerations are very valid.
