iPhone 14 Pro Max 2019 Model S Issues

This is my first iPhone I’m coming from a Samsung android. When I match my iPhone 14 Pro Max to the vehicle everything appears good, however every time I leave and secure the vehicle, Bluetooth removes me and highlights “Pair New Device”, however I can still unlock the vehicle however the phone is not connected. I go through the phone matching process again, and the phone installs, but once again every time I secure and return the vehicle bluetooth disconnects.
I made a Service Appointment and the technician could not fine any Bluetooth problems. His Service Notes indicated he paired his iPhone 13 to my vehicle and could not duplicate my issues. However when I picked up my vehicle the problem was still there apparent and was witnessed by the service advisor.
The only explanation I was given was it could be a software issue and I should wait for Tesla to send out a new software update.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so was there a solution.
