Heater and Glove Box Issues

My Roadster (#835, 2010 2.0) had the heater stop working and I can no longer open the glove box. It seems to be a fuse problem or something else that sort isn't working properly. I searched and didn't see another thread on this. Any ideas or suggestions? The car works fine otherwise.

Same fuse for both.

The power for the glovebox comes from that no#11 (second row from the left, middle 20A) also the interior light I believe
