Google Earth Overlay showing Superchargers

Google Earth has an method in which overlays can be created using geographic coordinates to create overlays. For example, there is one which shows antenna towers' locations, with individual data attached. I used it for ages. The tower overlay is found at FCCInfo - Now on Google Earth! It is called a kmz file.

1) Has anyone done this? Know where to find it?
2) Is there a place where all Supercharger are listed with geographic data, (Latitude/Longitude} ?

I'm now retired and thought I might take a crack at creating one if I can find the data.
