I was also surprised to see so few vehicles/workers on a Saturday. A gorgeous weather Saturday at that.

The article appears to be bringing up an old rumor that circulated the internet that them gigafactory buildout is behind schedule. The above story noted an individual was concerned on "mid-February" while Elon tweeted on 3/6/15 and Tesla had a press release stating that the buildout is on schedule.

Construction works in phases, it's never a continuous flow of non-stop work. There will be stoppages in between for administrative purposes.

@maoing, the link to the video works for me. One suggestion would be to update your Adobe Flash software, which is typically what YouTube uses to play video. It seems like every week (slight exaggeration, but at least once a month), there's another security flaw in Flash that makes the browser vendors block access to old versions of the Flash plug-in.

Off Topic: This is for good reason... Exploit kits, especially Angler EK, are very well known for their flash exploits. Many of them are reverse engineering the patches in order to find the fixed flaw and turn around and leverage this exploit against people slow to patch. The takeaway from this is always update you Flash player when there is a patch (set it to auto update and forget about it is really the easy way to go). You don't want the malware that EK's like Angler is giving out.
