Florida vs Georgia purchase/registration differences

I will be purchasing a new Model Y in Q4 or Q1. I can purchase it in Florida, or I can have my wife purchase it in Georgia. Has anyone already compared the up-front vs ongoing cost differences of purchasing in Florida vs Georgia? For example, I know Georgia dings EV owners ~$200/yr and I know Georgia has some toll roads that are free for EV use (with a Georgia tag). Georgia one-time sales tax ("TAVT") is around 6-7%. I'm not familiar with the Florida equivalents on these sorts of things. Any help appreciated, thanks.

I don't believe Florida has any benefits, but also doesn't yet have a yearly electric car charge. Sales tax in Florida is 6%. I think it can be a little higher depending on where.
