Found the first Tesla Supercharger V4 in France with a Truck Charging Spot at Riom (12 + 1 stalls) near Clermont-Ferrand.

Currently only 11 stalls plus the 1 truck stall. And there are 5 cabinets so they will add 8 more stalls on the back side for a total of 20. Also looks like maybe 3 more bases on the backside and room for 1 more cabinet for even further expansion. Maybe another trailer spot on the backside as well so it will be two mirrored 11+1 stall sections.
