Feature request: Daytime Running Lights

I would love to have the ability/feature to enable, under driver profile, to add Daytime Running lights, (L shaped ones on the Model S). Here in Australia it's quiet a safety feature on rural roads that you run lights as when you're overtaking slower Semi/trucks traffic, on the opposite side of the road, for visibility for oncoming vehicles. Heat haze can obfuscate cars and wildlife as well.

Are you saying you want to be able to turn on DRLs without headlights? If so, is there a reason you don’t want your headlights on?

I believe could already have the headlights set to ON, just not possible to have L shaped lights on as default
