Hello. I have model s 2018 75D. Last week it was ac charging and hour before scheduled departure car had fault codes GTW_w157_lowVoltageSupportFault and

Charge port latch not engaged.
Latch was fine and no ice or snow in chargeport. Temperature was -30 celsius. When i drive it i noticed that battery heater didnt work and cabin heater was like on range mode, very little heat to cabin. After i drove it i watched service mode alerts. there was at the same time as the above came alerts.

Now i have driven a week and cabin heater still not full effective. Only active alert is THC_d0011. I have measured 12v battery. It was 13.8v. frunk ground connections also fine. Is there anything else to do or do i have to take it to tesla service
