Gtech gave you the procedure to reset after unplugging EPAS, I would try to NOT connect the epas again after reset. My EPAS had water ingress and failed, had to replace 2014 MS, not saying that is it, but you seemed keen to reconnect it, I would try at least once without,

I think it might be related to the front body controller, log a service appointment, or if you really need the car to work call tesla roadside assistance.
