Constant "camera is blocked" message?

If I could turn off the alerts it would stop me checking each time, that would be nice.

Do they stop when you engage AP? I get cameras blocked or blinded message all the time now but engaging AP cancels them immediately and they do not reappear until AP is disengaged. I am convinced these are false alerts.

I can’t use AP as it forces the automatic wipers to be on. They don’t work properly during the day so utterly hopeless at night. I can’t use AP on the roads that I live on during the day - it disengages almost immediately as I think it’s only for dual carriage ways not B roads. AP won’t engage probably as there are no external lights. Hey ho.

Totally normal. The cameras can't see in complete darkness and they think they are blinded. In rural areas without street lighting or other light sources you can see this message quite often.

I noticed that it only pop up when it's really dark then went away afterward. I hope newer version are installed with night vision cameras

I made a thread about this and it’s due to the IR sensors in the cabin camera housing that needs to be replaced
