Curious if anyone has an answer for this one. It looks like as long as you ordered a Model 3 or Model Y on/before March 15,2022 you can still qualify as long as you meet the other eligibility requirements. The verbiage here is specifically ordered.
When I look at the Eligibility and Requirements page, on the Income Cap for Higher-Income consumers the table below it looks like they use date of vehicle purchase/lease. If I ordered a vehicle on 2/22/2022, does that confirm that unless I took delivery of the vehicle before 2/24/2022 (the date in the table below) the thresholds I should be looking at are the second row of the table? I just ask because of how there is a separate page call out for Tesla vehicles where as this eligibility may be for all vehicles.
