Changing region from HK to other (EU / US)

Hi , I'm using HK Model 3 intel 2020 in Indonesia.
Found out that many features have been cut off -- Youtube, Netflix, Dashcam or even Navigation data.
Is there a way to change region of Tesla to UK or even South East Asia(Singapore Ver.) So that it can use all features and navigation?

I own Model Y HK spec as well.
As I contacted Tesla Support in Singapore, they said: "We are not able to change the vehicle's country of origin, Thank you."

Let me know if you able to get different answer.

Hi. You can restore your LTE connection by replacing the LTE modem with one manufactured for your current region. That will bring back Youtube, Netflix, Dashcam and phone app connectivity. It will also show you navigation maps, but won't navigate.

they can but wont do it. tesla used to change usa spec cars to eu software for sofa forces...
