Car died?

While driving I hit a small pot hole and my car stopped accelerating. All the gears turned red. It can shift between gears but can not drive. These are my active alerts

Got to ask the obvious question, did you reboot the car (press and hold both scroll wheels until the screen turns black)?

I had a full battery replacement a little over a year ago and the service center was a nightmare to deal with
