Can't turn off auto wipers or high beams? [on autopilot]

Which.... makes perfect sense if it's a vision only system. Car knows when it needs a wipe to see.
I did a search on wipers, AP and found this thread. My wipers turn on early morning (still dark) on single lane county road EVERY time an oncoming vehicle passes. its like the oncoming headlights blind or confuse "vision" it made AP unusable without risking wrecking the wipers being drawn across a clean/dry windsheild.

I haven't had that problem. Is it possible it's just cost/frost built up in the early morning?

Vision only ****ing with my cruise (so much more phantom braking), auto high beams, and auto wipers legit makes me contemplate selling my car

It’s so much worse because having radar before the switch, I felt like I had the perfect car. Now I can’t even use cruise on a sunny day without wipers going off. So. Frustrating.
I agree 100%. My previous car was a 2015 Model S (one of the first that had the original version of autopilot). Worked great for me for 7+ years. Now have a brand new Model Y LR and the wipers come on every time I shift into either TACC or auto pilot. Can't do this much longer...

I have Model Y old a few weeks and I notices that wipers will start to work on CC when you have sunlight at specific sharp angle or public street lights are on during your night drive. Only in this casess wipers will start on !
If you driving your tesla on cloudy / foggy day or during night without external street public lights on CC your wipers will not engaged without reason !. (SW version 2023.38.200.1)
